Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive products that are faulty upon delivery, you have the option to return these defective products to us. Upon receiving the returned products, we will either repair or replace them or provide a refund for the purchase price and delivery charges, as per our discretion.

In cases where you received a damaged or defective item from us, or an incorrect item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Furthermore, we will not impose restocking fees or any other charges related to the return. Additionally, you will receive a full refund for the item, in accordance with our Refund Procedures.

To return faulty products, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the products, and the return or exchange process may take up to 15 days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used unless you received the item in a damaged or defective condition.

Items that are returned as damaged or defective but lack their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Other Returns:

For all returns unrelated to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items (as described above), you will be responsible for covering the shipping charges for returning the item(s).

If a refund is granted, it will be contingent upon the product being unused and in unworn condition, with all original tags intact at the time of the return. Refunds for items will be solely at our discretion and subject to approval by our inspection team.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, we will inform you accordingly.

The responsibility for shipping the item back to us lies with the customer.

Whenever possible, we will endeavor to repair faulty items. If you prefer to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will receive a credit note.


We reserve the right to terminate accounts without providing a refund or prior notice in the event of violations of our published Terms and Conditions or instances of verbal abuse directed towards our staff, other users of our site, or our associates. If a user with such a history attempts to re-subscribe to our site, we retain the right to terminate their account without a refund or prior notice and block their IP address.
